Africans creativity cannot be overlooked in the 21st century.  It is believed that with good structure and enabling environment, there is no limit to what a typical African can achieve.

It was a marvelous sight to behold , expecting to see a car drives in, and then you see something else, a tricycle that has the body of an aeroplane .

This ‘aero-tricycle’ as it called by the builder, was built and designed by a Nigerian from Anambra State.

I think government should build on this,  to seek out talents as these, supporting and encouraging them
